Personal information is collected from you when you purchase a training plan. When placing an order on the site you may be asked to enter your:

- Credit card details
What do we use your information for?
The information we collect from is required to process your transaction and send you a confirmation of your order. Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. Your order will be processed via WooCommerce and the payment will be handled by Stripe or PayPal, depending on which payment method you choose. To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, will be used to send you information and updates regarding your order. Your email address will not be used for marketing activities.
Registering to comment
When commenting on blog posts you are required to enter your name and email address. This is to prevent spam comments and ensure users have a good experience on the site.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We use of a secure server and secure website, both frequently receive software updates to ensure a high level of security. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction has processed, your private information (name, address , e-mail address, credit card details) will be stored on our servers for 1 week when it be automatically deleted. It is stored once per week to ensure the payment service can process the transition successfully. Once per week the data for the following order types and payment data is automatically deleted:
- Pending Orders
- Failed Orders
- Cancelled Orders
- Completed Orders
- Stripe Data
The e-mail address provided will then be used a method of contact to deliver the product and communicate throughout the duration of the training plan, should an option with ongoing communication be chosen, as outlined in the terms and conditions. Your email address and emails can be removed from our servers upon request via firstname.lastname@example.org.

You can request to have your data erased upon request via email@example.com. Please state the email address linked to your data as this will make the request easier to fulfil.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data with your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. 2. Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, www.google.com (“Google Analytics” or “Google”).
